Bobby's first paid art commision, a 3' x 15' collage using 2197 antique printing block letters (almost 700 words) titled "Take A Look In The Mirror", permanently installed at the Balboa Lounge on the Sunset Strip, exemplifies his penchant for using art (color, shape, form and texture) and words to stimulate conversation about the social, political and environmental realities in our world today.
Since moving to the High Desert in 2005 he has continued his quest of turning objects upside down and inside out, inviting viewers to see familier objects anew, thereby creating new worlds and new landscapes of language and image.
